The Earth Hour, an initiative proposed by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in response to global climate change, hopes that household and business users will shut down unnecessary lights and electricity products for an hour to show their corresponding support for climate change action. This year, Guangzhou Honder International Hotel participated in the "Earth Hour" event. The hotel will work with millions of participants around the world to turn off the lights for an hour at 20:30 local time on March 26. Honder International Hotel adopts a low-carbon and energy-saving Trane central air-conditioning heat exchanger to recover the waste heat from the refrigeration unit to make the hot water system. The hot water boiler saves 70% energy, and the recycled heat reduces the discharge pressure of the compressor. The current of the refrigerator decreases, and the energy saving reaches 5-10%: the amount of waste heat and cooling tower water is reduced, and the frequency conversion control of the water pump greatly reduces the power consumption.
